Community Monument Design

Entrance monument sign design for Old Tabby, a Village Park Homes community. The design was developed as a scaled elevation drawing with full dimensional specifications for fabrication, post height, cap profile, panel layout, and material callouts. The monument needed to feel permanent and premium while complementing the community's coastal Lowcountry aesthetic.
